Reporting MD Took money and didnt provide service Georges Mills Nationwide

I called them regarding assitance with Medicare PQRS reporting.  I paid $299 for the service but later they contacted me to advise that I as an individual could not file and that the group as a whole would have to.  They advised me that they would redund my money because they were not able to provide the service and it was an error on thier side to accept me as a client.

After not providing this service, they then transferred me to another department for the refund.  After not hearing back I finally was told that they would not be returning the money as it was being put towards the amoutn due to another account (which was not mine).

They took my money and placed it toward the balance on another client and refused to give a refund.  They were very unprofessional and are not recommended to anyone.
