The IRS reported my refund would be deposited on 1/29/2010 but republic bank has decided to hold this money for up to 4 days after the IRS sent them this money so they can charge me for using their bank and they can also earn interest on all tax refund money. I am quite sure that the Federal Reserve, the tax software companies doing business with this bank and the IRS are going to be very interested to know how they are doing business. I do believe the Presidents office will be very concerned about this method of doing business.
