republic parking system vehicle damage by parking structure itself oklahoma city Oklahoma

I parked in a parking facility owner and operated by republic parking system, when i entered the facility the top of my truck (cab lights) barely touched the height indicator, the attendant advised me to continue stating (the rest of the garage is taller than that thing, go right ahead you will be ok).

I then proceeded to the 7th floor of the garage which is the top floor with no issues.

upon returning to the garage after the game i was attending, i started my vehicle and proceeded to go down to the street level to exit the garage as would anyone and everyone else there.

upon reaching the first overhead barrier, my truck struck the barrier and did sugnifigant damage to the top of my truck.

I managed to back my truck out from under the concrete barrier and made a report with security and the onsite manager of the garage, i got my truck to ground level by almost flattening my tires and having 3 people(one of which was the security guard that i filed a report with) stand on my back bumper while i drove slowely down 7 levels.

after filing all the necessasary reports with the manager, i was advised to call the area manager on the next business day, i was then advised by the manager that the garage was at no fault and that i would just have to deal with it on my own.

I have left numerous messages with the corperate office with no response as of yet.

They all are claming the ticket stub they gave me upon entering that states that they are not responsible for damages to your vehicle while you are parked there is valid enough for them to be in the clear per say.

The ticket states that they are not liable to damages of fire, theft, acts of god, vandalism, etc, it dose not state anything about the garage being under measured and lower than the height indicator at the street level.

please help.....
