This is a handful of Indians that have gotten together to take further advantage of those out of work. They over-promise and under-deliver.  They promise they are IIBA endorsed, but so? If you still cannot get a job after their training, there's no point.

You are given the choice of signing a contract with them too, after you've completed their training. They are supposed to place you in a job. Here's what you have to look forward to if you sign their contract:

Within the contract it specifically states not to apply for any job on your own. If you do, you're supposed to say it's 'Corp to Corp' which means they represent you as a third party. That means the work you do goes directly to Requirements Inc. so they can take 20% from each paycheck for a year, then they give you what is left over from that. You will have no health insurance benefits, as well as no other benefits from them either as they take their cut from your work.  They will also promise to only go after jobs that pay a certain amount, so you'll have plenty left over 'allegedly'. Unfortunately, the windfall promised won't be delivered.  The economy is bad, so the reality is if they place you, your salary will already be low. Taking a further cut off the top from a low salary will be very painful.

All that 'might' be okay if they can guarantee you a job in this allegedly 'hot' career field, but they cannot. It states right there in the contract they guarantee you NOTHING. After you've signed the papers stating you'll work with them to be placed via their contract, you continue getting trained. These courses are real-time courses with an instructor over the phone, online via WebEx, or can even be in person if you're in the area where the classes are located (in Reston, VA). However, the instructors make it overtly clear you're last on their list. Every instructor, including the CEO, Sri, all have full-time jobs and families that are on their priority list first. You will regularly hear babies crying in the background as the instructors regularly 'teach' their knowledge from their homes. That's not very professional for a course that costs thousands of dollars.

These resume review/interview prep classes are only twice each week for an hour and a half.  The way the website is written makes it seem you can finish at your own pace by going through each part of this process very quickly. Not so. When their own specific religious holidays roll around, they'll cancel classes.  When they have to work overtime at their day jobs, they'll cancel classes. When they feel sick, they'll cancel classes. When the instructor feels the need to take a vacation, they'll cancel classes. When they just don't feel like teaching a class for the night, they'll cancel classes. Often you'll call into the conference number and the instructor won't even show up to teach. I have worked with this company 6 months and still have no job from them.  The efforts are minimal, as if this is more of a hobby than an actual business.

Here's the reality of their job placement:

They 'allegedly' have 2 recruiters. In 6 months since I've gone through their process. I have been contacted by only 1 recruiter. I live in the DC metro area where there are literally hundreds of jobs in business analysis. Because the contract states I cannot personally apply for jobs, I am expected to get kicked out of my home and lose everything because they're too stupid/disorganized/lazy to know how to place people into jobs. No wait...I'm sure they can say I can apply for jobs, but I have to say it's 'Corp to Corp', so they can get their financial cut from me doing all their footwork. Pretty good scam they've got going, huh? Requirements Inc. has no real connections to know how to put people in jobs either apparently.

I believe the only people they place into jobs are H1Bs, and other foreign visa holders where people are not an American Citizen. I am a US Citizen with degrees, a clearance, and experience, but that doesn't seem to get the ball rolling with them one bit. My bet is the Indian woman that has been a stay at home mother for about a decade will miraculously be placed in a job before me.  The company has more of a vested interest in placing people that are not US Citizens. Companies such as this, 8a companies, sponsors these people, holds their paperwork, then continues to take 20% from their paycheck for many, many years to come. Since I'm a citizen, I am only contractually obligated to work with them for one year; they can only make 20% off of me for one year, then I can bail if I choose by going off and working on my own.

If you can move back in with your parents, do that. Then go back to school and get another degree. Learning anything from these people has proven a waste of time, money, and resources for me. I truly wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt to not be another South Asian scam machine, but I was wrong.
