I listed my timeshare in the Berkshires with this company on 1/27/2005 after I heard and advertisement. Wendy Keyes contacted me immediately and told me about how they would quickly sell or rent my timeshare if it was not sold within 3 months. She took all my information and said it would not be a problem it was a good property. After a couple of months she said she had a few people interested and it would be a done deal by October 2005. As October approached I call to see the status and she said it would be a little longer but it would be done by the end of the year. As the middle of December approached I called again and she said that it would happen after the first of the year. Mind you it took a number of calls to her before she called back each time. Now the January came and went and I have put in multiple calls to her and she has yet to call me back. A colleague of hers called a couple of months ago to give me song and a dance and told me how she would take care of my problems and get back to me. I have yet to hear back from this person or Wendy even though I have left multiple messages threatening to go to the BBB and file on here. I guess she is arrogant as well as inconsiderate that these organizations cannot touch her. It is time these companies who lie and swindle pay the piper.

We listed our Royal Elite timeshare with Resales Buy Owner in August of 2012. They were very friendly, persistent, and eager to give us great information regarding how quickly our week would sell. As you can see, it's been over a year and we've NEVER received a phone call regarding our listing. We've reduced the asking price several times and each time we did, it took more than 2 phone calls to get the price correct on the website. This company could care less about you once you give them your $600. I advise against anyone using them to "sell" your timeshare. If only we could get back the money we so willingly, so foolishly gave them...
