Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We informed him that there was no money in account. Representative said that nothing would be withdrawn from bank... that the check # was just to show commitment. Guess what....money was withdrawn leaving us with a huge negative balance to include an overdraft. Three complaints posted so far. I'm sure that there are others out there who have not come forward because they are embarrassed, which this company is probably banking on. Must the numbers pile up before something is done about this agency?

Have you filed a complaint against the company, Floridas Attorney general has file a suit against the company so if you want any money back you have to file the complaint form.

First of all, did you file a complaint with the Flordia's Attorney Generals office yet. Then you have to file a complaint with your states consumer affairs. we need to stop this company I know about 45 people that have been taken advantage of and it's in the thousands. They target seniors also and they do bank on evryone feeling shamed and doing nothing. Lets get these thieves.
