Resalesbuyowner.com, Inc. Theft, fraud, refusal to return phone calls and refusal to address issues S. Daytona Florida

After being sold on their services by Denise, a convincing sales person, I sent $300 with a promise of an immediate sale as she has a couple that desperately wanted to buy a Williamsburg unit and mine was exactly what they wanted. I was told that the contract would arive and a check for the amount of the sale would go about approximately 2 weeks later. After receiving 2-3 phone calls daily until she confirmed receipt of the money order, I then spent two weeks trying to contact her to no avail.

I then received the contract which contained incorrect information. I again tried to contact her only to have to leave messages trying to inform her that errors had been made and as such she needed to contact me. After no response, I left a message stating that I would not be signing the contract and that, as we would not have a contract for services, my money should be returned.

During our conversations, Denise informed me that if they did not sell my time share I would not be able to get a refund, but that, of course would only occur after I signed the contract, which I did not.

This process began mid-March. I have called Denise's cell phone and the main number several dozen times. I have spoken to Denise. She informed me that while I was eligible for a refund, she just couldn't understand how I couldn't want to sell my timeshare through them (after ignoring me for three months!). After she began yelling at me I informed her that no customer service, theft, fraud were enough to make my decision and rudness was not helping her case.

I have also been told that my refund would be processed by a Jack Wasserman. This coward called one time and left me the same 800 number I have been calling about 10 times a week for all these weeks instead of the cell phone number I was promised by Denise and the receptionist.

To date they have managed to violate standards of business ethics, lie, steal, surpass rudness levels for even collection agencies as well as several other areas of common courtesy.

Stay as far away from this group of theives and frauds.
