Steve, he won't pay no matter what he says. I did all the work to the T, I've been doing Preservation sine 2006 and know exactly how he works, and he is a total con. I did numerous work orders for him including major debris removals and have never seen a dime! Dont listen to a word he says, you wont get a check!!!

rodney i am using my name. you didnt pay me even after we talked on the phone and you said it was a mistake on your end and you would get it taken care of that week. that was months ago and since that day you have not answered phone calls or emails and of course not paid any of the money.

I find it strange that someone by the name of "Steve" filed this report as a previous contractor for my company. In the years that I have conducted business in the state of New Mexico, I have never been had a contractor by the name of "Steve" in that state. It is truly perplexing to me that someone that takes the time to file a report against me, my wife, and my company, stating that we have wronged him and are scammers, wouldn't use their ACTUAL name.



I'll tell you why, because EVERY person that has filed a report against me, my wife, my administrative contractors, and my company, are reporting falsehoods. There is a reason that people don't get paid for work. There is ALWAYS a reason. Just don't expect to hear it from the people filing the reports.



Honestly, if anyone sees these reports and decides, without researching the issues further, that they don't want to perform contract work for my companies, please understand that we would not want that contractor to work with us. Experience has taught me that those are the individuals that will attempt to create issues whenever something doesn't happen the way that they want.



I am requesting that "Steve" please forward a copy of the signed vendor agreements to me via any of the company contact information that as a contractor or previous contractor, you would most certainly have. In fact, why don't you post those agreements to this website if you are legitimate. For anyone reviewing these reports, when "Steve" either does not respond or somehow the story begins to change, hopefully, for any of you that matter, you will see that the truth is not being reported here.
