Their new website is www.usenviro.com.
Yes they are still operating out of the same office at 4608 roseville road suite 105 in North highlands, ca 95660.
They have false advertising in place at this time. They are con artists and criminals. Their lies are:

THE ONLY LICENSE THAT THEY HAVE IS ZACKARY PAUL FUELLING'S CONTRACTOR LICENSE. THAT'S IT! and when you go to the CSLB website to check his license you will see that it says on there that this company has NO EMPLOYEES! so which is it Nationwide corporation or a guy running SOLO with no employees? ITS SCAM AFTER SCAM AFTER SCAM WITH THESE PEOPLE!
OH Yeah they are all CMBIEs through the AABIE...which they created and claim that I owned. Well, their certifications are NULL and VOID!!!!!ROTFLMAO!!!! I also have (long ago 3-22-06) wrote the business license section of the government and canceled the business license. So...if you received a AABIE certificate after 3-22-06 it is not official. I also closed the AABIE PO BOX. The scam artists at rescom / Environmental services were still using it for their own edification. They even had the audacity to have the lock changed on the box.
THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE E&O INSURANCE!
All potential rescom (resSCAM) and Environmental Services clients need to beware and avoid this company like the plague. they are going to be taken down hard!
The FTC, BBB, and Attorney General's offices have been in constant communication with victims all across the country. DO NOT BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM!! The Sacramento County District Attorney's Office is investigating Res-Com & Environmental Services.
