On March 12, 2009, Brian Kalinowski called my fianc and told her the car was ready to pickup.  She paid the $500 deductible and brought the car home.  The car had like a dried milk-lumps appearance on the hood and fender(the car was not finished).    Brian Kalinowski lied to steal our money.


When she returned the car for the work to be completed (without a rental car), the work was not completed, (actually her car was damaged by their shop).  My fianc said that she observed some angry body shop man taking a razor knife to the paint job and chipped the paint.


Despite numerous conversations and dialog, the car is still not repaired correctly.  Insurance Adjuster, Adam LaKose from Progressive Insurance failed numerous times to guarantee the work.  He claimed we should pay this liar Brian Kalinowski  for work that was never completed.


Anyone in their right mind is not going to pay any scam artist in advance for anything.

I've been taking my cars to Brian Kalinowski and Reseda International since before they opened this shop. Call it unlucky or whatever between my  wife and I and raising our 3 children we have had a least one major accident per year for more than 10 years.

Brian Kalinowski has always been completely professional. Reseda International does the best work by far of anyone I know or have heard of. They have the trust and confidence of businesses large and small and just regular people like me. Brian Kalinowski has always taken care of every detail, found the rental car and had them pick us up, fought with the adjusters when their appraiser tried to lo-ball us. Don't you hate insurance companies?

I'm sorry this guy had a bad day and I don't know what his problem is but August 2009? Really! Get over it.
That car has probably been crunched and sent to China by now.

Meanwhile Brian Kalinowski and Reseda International Collision Center have repaired hundreds if not thousands of vehicles by now. At least 10 of them were my own and many more those of my friends whom I have referred. The only reason I would stop taking my vehicles to Brian Kalinowski and Reseda International Collision Center is if I have no more accidents or they close Neither of which is going to happen any time soon!

Reseda Collision is the BEST!

I can say unequivocally, that Reseda International Collision Center is the BEST body shop I have ever used. In the past, there was never one shop that my family used consistently. We never felt 100% satisfied, I guess. However, when a friend recommended Reseda Collision about 10 years ago we finally found a company we could use with complete confidence.


Brian Kalinowski became our primary contact, and when our kids also began to drive, we always seemed to need some kind of body work. I found Brian to be knowledgeable, honest, fair, and very upfront. His word was and continues to be the gospel to us! All these years later we still use him and Reseda Collision and have since recommended the business to many of our friends and family. I feel very comfortable doing that, especially when everyone tells me they have been as happy as we are, once they also started using Reseda Collision.


My experience over these many years completely contradicts the one particular negative review I see on this and so many other sites. I believe there is more than "meets the eye" there, and should be taken with a "grain of salt." I believe you'd be hard pressed to find one other negative review from anyone!

Ken, your accustations are completely false. The car, ( apparent on the video) looks great.The repair shop has accounts with multiple insurace companies and has gold and platinum certifications. The shop as well as the insurance company contacted you multiple times to try and accomidate you.? The work done was flawless, you know it and you just did not want to pay your deductible. Even the judge at the Van Nuys Court found you guilty and made you pay the deductible to the shop. You need to stop your slander on both the shop and the manager.
