Dont waste your time with this company, there are many other companies out there that do the same work and offer better customer service. Where you don't have to put up with anyone disrespecting you.
We created an account with this company, deposit $300 on their website to place orders for ATT iPhone unlocks. On their service description stated 7-15 days processing time. After 23 days I contacted them regarding my orders, they tell me my orders are processing and will be done. After 30 days I contacted them again regarding the my orders, as they had stated 7-15 days and now is already 30 days and my customers are calling my store asking about their phone. I receive response from some guy Sage, that what is my "FUxxxxx Problem" asking for the same thing again, that I had to wait that my "FUxxxxx Orders" are getting done and when they were done I receive email. Now is this the way you speak to you customer? Can you imagine me saying this to my customers.
Well that was not the case, after 45 days of placing my order i get email that my orders were rejected and that i can use another service they have for more money. I contacted by phone this time to request a refund back to my paypal account as I can see they are not responsible or reliable. I talk to this guy Sage disrespectful and unprofessional guy, calling me all sort of disrespectful words and very rude. This guy tell me, he will not refund me my money because we make him waste his time by asking for a refund.
This company or business or homebase what ever you may want to call it, has no business ethic, respect or care for any one. They are vey unprofessional, disrespectful and rude people. They will not refund or correct the level of service offered! These people just keep your money and you have to put up with nonsense.
Dont waste your time with this company, there are many other companies out there that do the same work and offer better customer service. Where you don't have to put up with anyone disrespecting you.

Hello there
Obviously I know this is a fake posting.
This comment: "FUxxxxx Problem" asking for the same thing again, that I had to wait that my "FUxxxxx Orders"
I do not use "cuss" words in my responses. This is going to be a defamation lawsuit for driving business away.
If there is an issue, I resolve and take care of it. There can be issues in this business and its unfortunate when issues come about but obviously lying about it is taking it to a new level.
Don't be jealous we are literally # 1 in USA. You need to work on your company and become a better representative of it than taking to online and posting fake comments to speak ill about your competition.
We will be proceeding with litigation if you feel this is something I am going to take lightly for falsely advertising wrong info.
