Reservation Reward 1-800-732-7031 charged my credit card $12 without authorization. I called the number to question the bill, and I was told by the agent that the charge will be cancelled. I am still waiting for the cancellation of the charge. I read that many similar complaints have already been filed on reservation reward.

Reservation Reward I made a purchase from TigerDirect.com in November 2005. The purchase order included a line item offering a $15 discount for now unknown specifications. I never collected the discount but it triggered a membership in Reservation Rewards who charged my credit card $9 monthly since then. I called the Company and they offered to refund all charges.
