This is a scam where, when you have made reservations on a discount travel web site or similar, you are duped into signing up for what appears to be a free discount plan or service. What you do not notice (and they work hard to be sure you do not notice it) is that, after two or three months they start billing your credit card monthly for the "service."

By the time they start billing you, you have no clue as to what started the billing.

This is an unethical practice. The travel sites which permit links to this scam should not be used. Price Line is one of these web sites.
