Theft and outright fraud by this company and it's owner Sakrai Khaisaeng.
I purchased an iPad from Apple.com for my mother in Mexico as a Christmas gift. I figured this service would be safe due to the few good reviews it had online, but once you dig a bit more the truth becomes obvious, as I learned the hard way.
Not only did my mother never receive the iPad (even though Apple confirmed it was delivered to ReshipUs, with a signature from Sakrai Khaisaeng) but after sending a concerned email to the owner, I received this response via email from the owner:
You not get your iPad, now or ever, so might as well quit playing game with me, I already sold your iPad good luck getting now! Do not ever f**king talk to me again you understand?
I've already filed a police report, however I want to make sure no one else falls victim and loses their items. Be careful

First, I do not know what you are talking about. You never sent us e-mail and talk to us. You never order anything from apple and ship to us. If you did, please provide us the apple order number and the UPS tracking and signed by us during chritsmas time as you mention. and also please provide us the police report number and what state you file, so I want to work with police to investigate on this. who is lie? For csutomers or whoever read on this, I do business 100% honestly, I never ever cheat anyone in mylife.
Before I lanuch the website, I do business with ebay over 10 years, and have 100% feedback over 3650 and also goos customers reviews from sitejabber.com. You can check our ebay usern name at "ReShipUS". I have talked to Repoff Rep. they said, they will no remove anything even though it is 100% lie, because thy said, anyone feel free to post anything here. If i want to remove this complaint, i will have to pay for ripoff service to help me remove.
I do not understand why innocent people like me, got bad claim and this ripoff company should be fair, but all they want is your money. I do not know who is helpping who. Anyway, I just want to confirm again, I do business 100 %honestly, never cheat anyone in my life. If this person ( Jessica from colorado) have any evident that we received her order from apple, please provide us the apple order/ UPS tracking and police report, we will check it. If you cannot provide us any of that informaiton, it means, you lie for all of this complaint.
One more things, I found this Ripoff comeplain from Jessica from Colorado, but I found another complaint the same stroy at JMendoza from Austin, Texas. is the same sotry, it should be the same person in the same state as Colorado. it post the same day on Jan 26. why different state? anyone read this, please make your own judgement.
