 When my husband past away I went to the apartment office and told them that I could not afford the apartment on my income any longer.  They accepted the condition and release me from my lease.  This leasing company got sold and is now own by a new company.   "This new company says that I'm in violation of my contract in 2012 and left the resident damaged and unclean.  They say that I owe them $2150.99 and passed it to a collection agency".   I was released in 2011 from my lease, after the walk through the apartment was found clean and un damage.  The report is a fraud and the signiture on the apartment lease is not mine.
