RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS  is the most pathetic company in existence. They buy loans and then try to steal houses by taking advantage of less educated people.

It is impossible to get through to anyone at the firm and everyone at the firm has one main concern, to take your house through foreclosure. They do not return calls, they send out automated forms, they make mistake after mistake and then blame it on you.

Look at all of the negative reviews on YELP and on Consumer Affairs. It is no coincedence that noone has anything good to say about them.

They are everything that is wrong with corporate America.

Try to speak to a supervisor sometime, try to call their main number and they will say, any of us can help you. But they dont keep accurate notes, they have no interest in working with you to help you modify mitigate or set up any type of plan that works for you.

They are solely in it to make money and the only way they can make money is buy taking your home and selling it which allows them to put on a pile of additional garbage fees that they get to collect.

Stay away from this company if at all possible.

Someone should sue them or some regulator should investigate how they do business, but this is America and that will never happen.
