residential elevators inc stole $5000,00 from me. i was an employee of tom hazlett (look up report)while he was out of town i received a call about client's elevator not working(again)i called don at resid ele (704 241 6946) and asked to have problem looked at.he in turn said he would not do anything about it unless tom got current with his acct, i responded it was not fair to client.he called his office and told me if i gave him my personal credit card he would charge the $250.00 fee and take care of it. he added this was a favor to me since tom owed them a lot of money, i thank him very much and went about my day.when tom came back in town he said he would pay me back and that it was not a good idea what i had done and not to do it again(did he know what was going to happen?)when i got my bank statment residential elevators had charged $5000.00 to my card without my ok. i contacted them and to make a long story short they would not refund the $5000.00 nor give me a copy of invoice, they did tell me they tried to call tom and send him emails prior to charging on my card(but they also refused to forward me said emails)i have talked to my bank and credit card co and the simple answer is if you give your cc# over the phone you are responsable.tom has gone out of business and defrauded customers,contractors,employees out of millions of $,and got me for almost $17000.00 so here i am in the hole for doing a nice thing for my exboss'client(i do not hold it against these clients)RESIDENTIAL ELEVATORS INC ARE THIEVES do not use them.i also talk to erin ennis(eennis@resdentialelevators.com)he said he talked to president of co and told me they would not do anything about them stealing from me.i will talk to anyone who wants more info or copy of my emails,i have contacted chanel 9 about them and tom,i have contacted local paper and they will call me back.i will forward this report to all elevator co i can find on the netand all contractors,clients,friends,and anyone else i can think of.

Authorization to run payment

I am the individual that was given the credit card information from Regis Pautrat personally and the authorization to run the "good faith" payment toward a balance owed on an elevator that was installed at a Hazlett Homes property. It was told to me that the house would be closing and funds would come available and in the mean time, he was going to put a payment toward that balance on his personal card to show that the final balance would be paid. An authorization form was faxed to the company and instead of filling the form out and faxing it back, Regis Pautrat called personally and gave the credit card information over the phone with the date that the payment of $5000.00 was to be applied to the card. He was told that if after two weeks the balance was not paid in full, the payment would be applied. The only source of communication to this company was via fax due to the fact that no one would answer the phones. Voicemails were left on all available phone numbers and faxes were sent to show the payment had been run. The simple fact is, Regis Pautrat put his faith in his employer and got burnt. He is trying any means necessary to take his frustration and anger out on anyone. His frustrations need to be toward Tom Hazlett and sueing him to get the money back. You can not steal something that is given to you!
