Did a report known as a BPO for Residential Realestate Review, Inc on 01/13/2013 and yet to get paid.Have since did a few more as I did not notice for the non paying report. Now owe me $410 and I get every excuse about getting that there could be.Headquarters located in Salt Lake City yet Company is handling calls in which are routed out of the country.Their website is: rrreview.com as I warn others to not deal with companies that are unheard of and banks need to work closer with better trusted companies that actually pay their Agents.I suggest that we invoice bank and get paid direct only.If anyone wants to file a class action suit please respond as I am really ticked as I have a Family to take of too.

No problem with them.

I've been doing appraisals with RRR for a year.  I've always been paid within a month.  If you haven't been paid it's an honest error.

RRR is reputable

If anyone is not receiving their payment from RRR it is merely an honest mistake.  I have worked for the company for over 10 years.  They pay and they are honest.

Residential Real Estate poor customer service

AUTHOR: Appraiser - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 05, 2015

They do pay eventually but not quickly.  They typically pay 3-5 weeks after report delivery for an appraisal.  But their service reps are all located in India and they are very bad.  Their English is poor, they are almost impossible to understand on the phone and their voice mails are completely incoherent, and they have no real knowledge of real estate.  They hire them because they don't have to pay them very much.  They claim that if you call the main number and ask for am American service rep, the Indians will transfer you but the Indians will always find an excuse why they can't transfer you -- always!!!

I am not against hiring Indians or other off shore service reps but they should have a good command of the English language and have a good knowlege of the product they are representing.  These people have no real estate knowledge and know absolutely no real estate terminology.  Conversations with them are incoherent and babbling.  There are much better companies to work with and hire for your real estate needs.  These people offer very poor customer service.

I disagree - they do pay promptly!

I have done hundreds of BPOs for RRReview over the last six years-or-so and they always pay within thirty days. Typical turn-around is just 3 weeks from completion. Their employees (wherever they are located) are always very polite and easy to work with in obtaining additional information required to complete orders.
