This company sounde very legitimate. They sent out a letter on how they could help with a loan modification  with a case number since I had just received notice of possible foreclosure.

I contacted them and spoke with Shane at 877-320-6596 ext 230. He gave me all the information and advied that he had found a lender to help. He took all my information to include my debit card number and advised that it would cost $1495 for the law office to get all paperowrk going. I paid $600 and the company would take the remaining balance form my account on Thurs.

There is also a commitment agreement and I hope that iti s not binding since I have cancelled my debit card and they can no longer get payment.

I realized it was a fraud when I tried to get ahold of their customer service. I have cancelled my deit card entirely; however, they did collect $600. I made a claim with my bank.
