Defendant: Resmac Inc, a FL Corp DBA Resmac Home Loans

State case number: 18-89599 BB

 

The Order, Decision or award of the Labor Commissioner has become final and the clerk requests to enter judgment immediately and in conformity with the accompanying certified copy.

 

Plaintiff to recover from Defendant:

Wages = $2090

Liquidated damages = $1288

Interest = $220.66

Additional wage penalty = $1567.50

Total = $5158.16

 

Buyer beware.  In my opinion, this is not an ethical company, I would not do any business with these people what so ever.  They fooled me, do not let the fool you.
