Timothy Petty accepted voice over work, promised payment, and for a period of several months following, neither paid for it, and told repeated lies as to what he would do, and why he could not pay.

This is obviously a very young, immature, internet user who makes money by stealing from one person to offer service to another.

Classic lies and excuses:

Refused to use Paypal because of 'bad experiences'.

Claimed he could not pay because his family was killed in a car accident. After further research, it was discovered the family was a religious family having nothing to do with technology, or Mr.Petty.

Claimed he would call and settle the matter.

Claimed to use Fed ex, and then could not provide a tracking number, but said, 'We can put this behind us now.'

Then, claimed he would call and settle the matter again.

All of this took place over 4 months.

Mr.Petty is a liar, a thief, and has no business doing business with anyone.
