Resolutions Center They told me they could have the interest lowered on my credit cars,they charged me $795 and ripped me off Ocoee Florida

I was contacted by Resolutions Center by phone. They told me that they coulr have my credit card rates dropped to 4%. I agreeded and they added a $795 charge to my credit card. They said if they could not save me $2500.00 that my money would be refunded.

I filled out the paperwork they mailed me and sent it to them. After not hearing back from them I tried to call them,but my calls would not go through. I tried emailing them only to have my emils returned. I cannot contact them. They will not contact me.

I live o a disability income. How could they do this to someone like me.
