Resolutions Center Resolutions Center bills your credit card before receiving any information then says that can't offer you a refund Ocoee Florida

I read a posting from a consumer by the name of Roe in Mount Morris, Michigan after running into problems with Resolutions Center. Resolutions Center promises to lower your interest rate that you are paying on credit card balances. They told me that my balances were enough that they would be able to waive the fee they normally charge. This was the first false statement. I later found a charge of $999.00 on my credit card.

They then said via phone and in the contrac tthey sent me that if they did not deliver $2500 in savings I would be refunded. They told me a reprersentative would call me to set up a negotiations call with the credit card companies. Well they failed twice to call me on the dates set for the call. I then called them 80 days after they charged my credit card and they put me on with these so calle dexpert representatives. Nelson Frazier was his name (I doubt that is true) and he proceeded to go through the very difficult task of having me ask the credit card company for a reduced rate. They both said no. I then said I was ready to get the $999.00 credited to me.

This is where the reality that I had been duped became apparent. Nelson went on to tell me that the "processor" that charged my card was shut down so they could not credit my account. I told them that the charge was from them as written on my credit card bill. He said I could take it up with my lender. I then said I would like to speak with a supervisor, who obviously was unavailable. He told me he would call me ithin 48 hours. I am still waiting.

This company is a fraud. A predatory company taking advantage of people looking to improve their financial status only to be placed further in a hole by Resolutions Center. I will not go quietly on this one.
