RESORT EQUITY MARKETING - REM REM undelivered promises altamonte springs, Florida

I was VERBALLY guaranteed my timeshare would rent in an average of 5 weeks.  I paid $985 and was promised that if it did not rent I would get $1000 online shopping spree.  Well, my timeshare never rented.  After 180 days I contacted them to get my $1000 shopping spree, which they honored.  So I went online to the Elite Shopping Network to use my $1000 gift certificate. In the fine print, the certificate says "without any product charges* whatsoever." Unfortunately, the certificate only covers the product charges and the shipping and handling costs of every item you can select is higher than the value of the item if I were to purchase it in a store.  It would cost me more than $1000 to select $1000 worth of merchandise.  What a ripoff.  Now, I am being contacted by other scams (which I will also report) because of the marketing that REM is doing for me.  Thanks for nothing.
