A transaction to sell our timeshare property in Mexico was entered with Resort Property Management [RPM]. After much paperwork we were told a buyer was found and that money was already in escrow. We were then asked to deposit money to cover "international taxes". We requested documentation and were provided official looking documents.

We did transfer $3532.00 US to RPM. RPM then requested further money, which we did not send. Attempts to contact the company have failed. One number is no longer in service and there is no response from other numbers. We cannot contact anyone to retrieve our money and are unclear about the ownership of our timeshare property now since we have signed documents agreeing to sell.
