resort villa vacations club inc. free meal became the worst deal of my life woodbridge, Ontario

my wife and I were called to tell us we won free gift the final insult at the end was the free gift was an off season hotel in vegas good for about 5 day window out of a 365 day year. the evening started with a meal then a speech offering top of the line hotel time at off season times at low prices.                                                        

Cost $20000 we did not bite so they went down to $10000 and they wanted money down from visa and they would finance it for a few years no interest when the time comes i believe that i will have to fiance this thing and be owned by this group

          i am paying for something that is a right that any vacationer has the right to do 365 days a year at a price that is small compared to price i paid for nothing we were not told we had 10 days cool off time i wanted to quit and phone back i believe it was 11 days after and was informed of of the 10 days on the 11th day that was the day they told me of my rights                                                           

          How is it that someone can have the right to take something of value from people without delivering something of value in return                                       

      this is something which i will never use as i realize that it is possible to get better deals on my own without paying $10000 to $20000 for the right to shop with them only at their prices at their times at their locations with no right to complain and no money back if your not satisfied      its like a marriage with no divorce they feed on you til their finished i though that there had to be consideration for a contract to exist i can not believe that this is aloud to happen to people.   It seems that the only right that we have is the right to be kept ignorant they should have to prove they gave full disclosier signed by the buyer to get the advantage they have rather than making us prove our case after the fact
