This company is being investigated by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. I was notified by this goverment agency on 4/20/2011 that this company was served.
This a great news! Justice is around the corner! The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services has jurisdiction over this area so they are handling this case.
If you have been ripped off by this company, like we were last year, this is what you need to do. We have a very good chance of getting our money back!

Resort Nationwide, Inc had an annual routine regulatory inspection and did not receive any citations or fines. The company has been in business since 2004 and we have never been fined or received any documentation from the State that we were under investigation. These allegations are false and misleading.
We do not know who the anonymous individual was that left this mis-leading information. The company is current with all of our licenses and all of our material is state approved. Everything that we send out to our consumers the state has approved.
I am glad that the anonymous individual is bringing this out to everyone's attention, because we are proud of the fact that we are in compliance, state approved, and we have continued to be in compliance for 6 years.
