Resort World Casino, in Bimini, and Leon Buriak defraud player of $25,000.  Although, it is popular opinion that gambling overseas can be dangerous to your finances, there is no other casino more brazen in theft than Resorts World Casino in Bimini.  Please stay away from this casino no matter how good the offer is.  Do not wire any funds or give them access to your checking account.  This article is an important consumer report and is intended to prevent other victims from falling into the traps that are in place at Resorts World Bimini.

The casino is very small with a handful of tables.  The staff is untrained and makes errors constantly.  After wiring funds of $100,000, they gave me chips in denominations of 10,000.  Once I handed the chips back for change, they took the chips and claimed that it was a tip.  The table is clearly marked $5,000 max.  Hoevever, they will not hesitate to take a $10,000 chip and say you lost it even if you were just asking for change.  This happened several times.

Furthermore, they had me sign multiple markers for the same chips saying that they needed multiple signatures. Subsequently, when I went to get the balance of my wire, they claimed that I only needed to sign once for each marker.  With this scam, they will end up with the paperwork to prove that you signed for several markers when you only signed for one.  You will need to hire an attorney to subpoena the camera recordings which they may not have because of the "carelessness" of the staff.

Finally, after arguing extensively for the balance of my wire that was not being used, Leon Buriak promised to refund the money because the fraud was clear.  Not a penny was sent back.

In conclusion, please stay away from Resorts World Bimini and Leon Buriak at all costs.  It is bad enough that they have the edge if they follow the rules but the brazen fraud and theft that happens in that casino is like no where else in the world.
