Resource companies tampa ralph cole been partner for four years owes me money wont pay tampa florida

I have worked at resource companies partner with ralph cole, he gets 50% up front then spends on other bills. every week he would short me my pay and other workers total he owes now is $6497.00 to me.

Three weeks ago when i asked him for some pay, he sent me a text saying my services where no longer needed. i wrote letters to several home owners explaining that i was the licensed contractor with the company and now he is playing contractor. Ralph sent me a text saying if he paid me would i back off.

He told the other workers that he had to pay me. No money yet. He hires workers off the street no background check and sends them to work they start with usually no company name or insurance or workers comp. He gives them several weeks to apply for this. None of his workers are licensed in any field.

He does not pay subcontractors for jobs they have completed almost a year ago or his suppliers. He takes money from home owners telling them it to special order material then he never orders or pays for it.

Ralph has promissed me he would not stiff me, constantly sending him text messages emails and calls that he does not respond to. He says he is a strong christian, he makes sure everyone knows that, he is the farthest thing from a christian that i have ever met.

I have text messages on my phone from ralph proving everything i am stating.
