RESQdebt contacted me by e-mail said they could help me out of debt couple bucks for the Package Allen Texas

I received there info in the mail, looked it over and decided to go with another company. A few days later the salesman called me om the phone and he was all upset. He insisted that I tell him the name of the other company. He had a whole list of bad things to say about that company. I didn't tell him that I decided not to go with that company either. He kept trying to sell me and finally I told him I had to get off the phone. He wanted me to keep him posted on how well the other company was helping me. He wanted to prove that I made a bad choice. I said ok just to get off the phone. That was a couple months ago.

I just got my bank statement and there's a charge from Resqdebt for $391.15 on 6/15/09 charged to my bank Visa card. The way they got my card number was for the couple bucks for there info package. I have not received anything from them not even a receipt. I did not authorize them to
charge my credit card so how can I put this company in jail? Isn't this a felony? Isn't this the same as robbing me?? I don't think I have ever heard
of a company being charged for this but I hear that companies do it all the time. And why is any consumer protection so hard to find? Shouldn't there be law enforsement on the internet? Any advise on how I can get the law after these criminals?
