I am a trucking Company, I transport freight nationwide and I happened to be in Sheridan, WY. My truck broke down, and I was leaking water from the Water Pump!
I called for truck break down service… I was 10 miles away from him, Mobile Unit arrived about an hour later he called me and gave me a diagnose for 15 minutes and charged me $660.00 dollars.
I asked him if this was normal and that if he was serious that his charging me $660 for 15 minutes of diagnose and he cursed at me and threaten that “IF YOU DON’T PAY THE F*****G BILL I WILL TOW THE TRUCK AWAY, SINCE IT’S IN MY POSSESSION”
I ended up paying the bill so they can release the truck, I ended up towing it to a different location.
He basically looked at it for $660.00, it was a Husband and Wife team with no customer service and was very rude.
PS: I PAID $60 dollars for another tow truck to tow me 25 Miles. $60 dollars !!!!!!!!!!!

You called us on a Sunday night we were very very busy. I asked you what was going on and you told me I told you it sounded like a water pump to get a hook on it you did not want to do this I told you how much it would be and you were 35 miles away from us. We got over there at 10:30 PM we hooked the computer up cause that's what you wanted . And we told again its your water pump to get a hook on it . You called me everything you could sorry that we did not have a water pump for you truck In are back pocket.
