 My identity was stolen and I am being forced to pay an eviction that clearly i had no parts of. I made payment arrangements with Results Unlimited after they put a freeze on 2 bank accounts. We went to court to stop the freeze due to I was receiving TANF (gov't assistance) at the time. I then was unemployed. When I gained employment, i called them to resume my $50 a month payment and they refused wanting half. I explained my situation and they finally agreed to allow me to send in $50 monthly. well a few months later the Norfolk treasurey department garnished me for old personal property taxes. I called Results Unlimited to advises them of of the garnishment and advised i wouldn't be able to send in the $50 but would resume after i was done and they agreed. well after my garnishment was over, immediately the  next day, Results Unlimited put a freeze on my account. My child support goes into this account. they didn't send me a letter even advising they were going to do this, now i'm in a bind
