This company should be illegal in their high-pressure tactics to get you to quickly sign without telling you the truth--namely that all this money includes nothing--you pay separately for any non-returnable snacks and pills.  They taste awful.  I gained three pounds my first week and called to cancel but was simply given a highlighted sentence saying it was not within three days, hence I was liable to continue paying the monthly fee for no reason at all! 

When I wrote a letter to the company, they simply returned the same highlighted sentence.  I only returned one time to tell them my complaints in person, but that did no good at all.  I found them insulting.  They expected me to come in and weigh every week, but never gave me the results of my mouth swab, nor any real help.  I was told simply not to attend my parties or pot-lucks--there is no way to maintain a lifestyle change with this program.

I attempt to live on my disability pay, yet have to continue to pay these people more than I can afford every month for a year until I have paid $975.50.  If anybody can find me an attorney to help, I would sure appreciate it.  They have no right to extort this kind of money from people with nothing to show for it.  They don't tell you that the 2nd week requires no carbs at all!  That is not healthy.  You have to continue to write down everything you eat, week after week.  It is a horrible rip-off!!!
