ResuMAYDAY Lauren Milligan has not delivered on career services in Warrenville Illinois

I bought the largest career services package at ResuMAYDAY in October 2017. ResuMAYDAY receipt [#1291-5711] for $2350. This price includes the following services:

1. Resume writing

2. Cover letter writing

3. LinkedIn profile branding

4. Elevator pitch

5. Mock interview session

6. 5 career coaching sessions

To date, I have only received delivery of the resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile branding from ResuMAYDAY. I have been writing about the unused portion of my package with ResuMAYDAY since the 1/9/18 with no response. Lauren has yet to verify that my remaining credit with ResuMAYDAY is $1300 and has never gotten back to me about the status of my elevator pitch or remaining career development services.

On 3/5/2018, I received an email from Deidra Martinez, her Customer Service Manager in regards to services with the company. I forwarded her my correspondence with Lauren on 3/7 and have yet to hear anything back from either person. Very very poor customer service, professionalism, and lack of timely delivery of services from this company.
