Resumes PLanet Resume Scam, totally unprofessional, unqualified and poor customer service Internet

For the price of the resume and cover letter, I at least expected a coherent document. The writer's command of the English language is weak at best, their understanding of grammar and puncutation is questionable and the complaint process is horrible. Upon receiving my documents, an additional two hours was required to proofread both and make a list. I am sorry of you disagree, but when I pay for a professional cover letter and resume, I expect documents that are nearly ready for submission. There were numerous spelling errors, tense issues and incorrect job titles. The word "Professional" was spelled wrong. When the site said that revisions were available, it is implied they mean to change the way a sentance sounds, not the lousy commas. Whomever composed my documents did a horrible job and did not provide a professional document.

When I complained to customer service, all I received was the standard, "we are sorry" and "please submit issues for revision". I don't want to go through the work for errors and send them back, I am not an English teacher!! Checking the document for basic grammar is the work of the composer, not the consumer. In short, I do not reccommend this company and will tell anyone who will listen how terrible their work actually is!
