This company done it again. After 2 weeks and a dozen voice messages left to them I finally get a call. Oh yes, they would like to settle. NO paperwork has been found. No Deed...No title... But they have a power of attorney for the company they brought this account from. What about the company that is on the court records as being the owner od the lien. First Family...They have nothing from this company but trying to tell me that is ok. They can do it this way. After an attorney and the court clerk telling me differ they say the ones telling me this are wrong. BUT also..they decided to not go by our agreed settlement either. They want 2000.00 more. Yes...none of my personal reports and papers have been found but they want more money. After me fighting 2 companies for 5 years to find my account and my papers and now dealing with this company.. They are a rip off who does not stand behind their word or agreement.
