Resveratrol Ultra - Acberry Colon Health Ripped Off! Hollywood Florida

Having read the positive reports (60 Minutes, Dr. Oz, Oprah Winfrey) of the health benefits of Resveratrol, I decided that I would take advantage of an offer on the internet 'Free Bottle of Resvertrol Ultra' and just pay $3.95 shipping and handling. If I felt this supplement was beneficial to me, I could and would make it a part of my daily routine. On March 26, I placed my order with Resvertrol Ultra.com. During the day, I received an email from my bank alerting me to a charge on my account from a United Kingdom business.

Totally freaked me out... then I saw the pending amount of $1.95 and $4.00 and the associated Resveratrol Ultra name. Ok, overcharged by $2.00. It should have been a warning to me, especially the United Kingdom thing. I was told the order would arrive by March 30th. I was not concerned when it didn't arrive then, knowing it was at least enroute. It ultimately arrived on Friday, April 3, 2009. I didn't bother opening the padded envelope at that time as I was going out of town for 5 days.

On April 9th, I received another ALERT email from my bank regarding a $87.13 charge to my account! My heart was racing - had someone in the UK gotten my account information? No, it was Acberry Colon Health aka Resveratrol Ultra charging my account! I immediately called their customer service and spoke with a very SMUG man who informed my that I had signed a contract for a monthly delivery at a cost of $87.13 for my "supply" of Resveratrol Ultra.

I cancelled my supposed "future orders" and obtained a RMA number to return this merchandise. He would not tell me if I would be credited the money that they stole from me... I will state that I saw no such information on their web site when I placed this order for the "Free Bottle". When I reviewed the site again, I found that one must click on an obscure tab to learn that if the free bottle is not returned or your credit card info is not cancelled with this company within 15 days, I would automatically be charged this amount every month.

Mind you, this time frame is from the DATE OF ORDER, which for me was March 26th. So, April 10th was my DEADLINE? How would one even know if a product produced positive results within a 7 day period? I had not even opened the bubble envelope containing the resveratrol. I immediately put it in box, marked it up with the RMA return number, and shipped it back on April 10th Priority Mail with signature confirmation. It was received and signed for by Resveratrol Ultra in Hollywood FLA on April 13th. My bank account was CHARGED again on April 13th $2.61 for an International Transaction Fee!

I filed a claim with Bank of America on April 9th. My bank representative informed me that I am just one of hundreds that have fallen for this scam. They are pursuing one claim after another for their customers who have reported exactly what has happened to me. She also told me that there have been 2 local television reports within the last few weeks regarding this company. The U.S. or Florida Attorney General needs to be given a WAKE UP call and SHUT these people down! I also believe this Hollywood Florida Company is linked to at least 1 other Resveratrol peddler in Miami Florida.
