ordered free trail of Resveratrol Ultra received empty box and before trial time was up was charged for full amount. NEVER GO ANYTHING. $83.13
Called and spoke to Katie (029) and she said they would refund the full charge in 3-5 bussiness days. Nothing Called again and spoke to Tanya (a-200) said they would send out new order. Nothing.
Called again and spoke to James Catro - supervisor - call me a liar. would send out order. Nothing.
Called again and take to Zack Lawarance (S07) Supervisor. Just gave me the run around and said I would be hearing from the shipping dept. Never heard anthing.
On the next call talked to Aaron (CA-009)same run around.
Also, spoke to Allem(A-218) and John(J-22).
