I ordered some Reservatrol from ResVlife on the internet on a risk free trial. Now I see they have enrolled me in an automatic delivery and will charge my credit card $69.18 plus 5.95 for shipping and handling. I did not sign up for any automtic delivery or "Delivery Rewards Enrollment" On top of that the product contains dyes that I am allergic to and makes me sick. These were not listed as ingredients on the original ad.

Like the other complaintants I am having an impossible time trying to return and cancel this item. The phone number they give you is not good...says they are closed or just do not answer. They do not answer the email address provided and you cannot return the item without an RMA number. The company also goes by two names I see and I cannot reach either one.

Why are companies like this allowed to continue with these practices? I see they have and are still scamming with other products right now.

I would like the company to give me an RMA number or I am just sending this back anyway....and changing my credit card number.

I would like to be included in any class action suit against this company.
What a rip-off!

A Positive Experience

I ws a bit concerned when I read this report, having just received an unexpected shipment. I called ResVLife expecting a big hassle, but was very pleasantly surprised. Accordingly, I think it's only fair to present the other side. when called ResV I put on hold for the next available operator, a hold that didn't last long. The operator,Maria, was pleasant and helpful and cancelled the order immediately and told me just to keep the shipment and there would be no further billing or shipments.
She then wished me a good day and asked if there was anything more she could do.
After talking to Maria, I went immediately to my email, and found a confirmation of what she had said. The entire transaction was handled pleasantly and professionally. i certainly have no complaints about RESV-Life.

Thank you Rip-off Report forum. We, at ResV-Life, take comments/feedback/opinions very seriously. We know that there is no excuse for this and would like to address the complaints directed at us and give the readership some background information. From December 2008 to May 2009, our business was fortunate to grow extremely quickly, but we soon realized that our infrastructure/call center could not keep up with the high demand. We immediately began to hire new employees and, in doing so, we received some bad apples which we are suffering from the consequences. This happens sometimes when the need for staff is quite sudden. It's our mistake and we are making our best effort to make amends with those customers who may have encountered an unpleasant experience.

We are currently working on cleaning out house and hiring new employees, hopefully in a timely fashion to help balance the high call volume. We urge our customers to call us at (866) 240-7928 if you have any questions or wish to cancel. We want our Customer Service Reps to be trained to deliver extraordinary service. Often times it is only in situations like these that we are able to get feedback so that we may work on the opportunities given to improve our business. In addition, we are currently striving to average 2-4 minute hold times to speak with a live agent. It may be a stretch, but we are making every effort to try.

If you or someone you know was not happy or had a less than desirable experience with us during this time, please call us at (866) 240-7928 and let's see what we can do to improve your overall customer satisfaction. Please be patient as we are actively working on correcting these issues.
