Reatail Deployment Solutions is engaging in fraudulent activities by not paying its contractors for work performed.

I have done research and spoken with other techs and found out that most people who have done work for Retail Deployment Solutions have not been paid one single dime from this company.

RDS had a big contract from Spencer Technologies to perform a Gap timeclock deinstallation projects. This was a national projects worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

This work was performed in 4Q last year and RDS has given every excuse under the sun for not paying its workers.

In January this year, I contacted the President of Spencer technologies, Dave Strickler and informed him of what was going on with Drew Marheine and RDS.

Dave informed me that RDS had been paid in full and there is no reason why they should not have paid.

It is May and the only answer to this would be for all the techs to get together to file a lawsuit with many plaintiffs against Drew personally and RDS.

I hope that no one does business with this shady company again.
