RETAILERS NATIONAL BANK scam & ripoff FARMINGTON HILLS Michigan

I received a call from Retailers National Bank earlier this month (Oct.) stating that my Mervyns account was well overdue and be placed into "almost a bankruptcy" type report on credit report if I didn't pay in full within the week.

I had moved in May and forwarded them my new address. So now my account was past due because the didn't have my correct address and let it grow over then next 4-5 months before they followed up with it.

I had purchased supposedly a pair of shoes in April for $39.99 but the amount they requested I pay was almost $150 for late fees because their files weren't updated. I gave them my new address and info AGAIN and told them to send me a statement and still have seen nothing yet.
