You call the advertised number 228-354-8585 and when a man answers, he doesn't annouce in a professional manner the name of the company RETI. So I am thinking there is a possibility that I dialed the wrong number.

I ask him -if this was the REAL ESTATE Place that has advertising for Hattiesburg classes?

He side steps the question and starts asking me a question..(How odd.)

I repeat the question again just in case he didn't understand.

He gets defensive with my logical question...I was not cursing or showing any malice but merely

trying to find out if I was indeed contacting the correct place, since the HE didn't announce

the name of the business upon answering.

For a company to act evasive is highly strange, maybe they are reluctant to answer anything due

to bad actions on their part. 

After repeating three times, (maybe he couldn't hear well) is this the place that advertises for

real estate classes in Hattiesburg he gets defensive and says- I won't tolerate your abuse.

By the way, I am 50 years old and not once did I curse him or get sarcastic, maybe he was having

a bad day. Blurting out that his school wasn't for me...(I wasn't calling for me, it was for some

 employees in my Real estate office) I was calling to

ask if that was the school and he couldn't give me a straight answer on anything. people accidentally

dial the wrong number, we are not perfect.

He was informed that I sit in an office at work that records our every move and I can play

the tape for him to observe and hear, you won't find me abusing anyone with a simple

question. Making sure you are dialing the correct number and contacting the correct

company is called- getting it right the first time so you don't' waste someones time.

I respectfully value everyone's time . I didn't realize asking logical questions was a crime.

THIS PLACE IS LACKING SOME SERIOUS PROFESSIONAL PHONE SKILLS.....i can't imagine

how they treat their students.
