Retina-X Studio Avengate cancelled our account on 2-2-15, we paid for a 1 yr service which will end 7/13/15 Jacksonville, florida The Netherlands

This company is a scam.  We noticed that a high amount of data was being used on cell phone and under mobile data usage it stated company name and had used a large amount of data from our plan.  I am wondering if someone hacked into phone and was using it.  We received a text from our cell phone carrier notifying of the high usage and we would be charged $15 if we went over our min.  Like most plans it's a combined data usage so for the month of February my husband and I need to watch closely now our usage since we never came close to going over it. The amount of gigs was 2.5 gigs in less than 8 hours.  He had to pull battery out of phone as it was being used up quickly.  He noticed that his phone was very warm this is what made him go to DATA USAGE.

They had used over 75% of our usage for the month in less than a days time. I tried chatting with the company since apparently this is the only form of communication.  Before I knew it the person on the other end that I was chatting with said she was closing our account.  I have tried contacting them and they gave me ticket # but no word.  I have contacted my credit card company but this company is a rip off and consumer need to be aware.  They owe us money.  While I was chatting on my cell with an Amanda S. She asked me to go to pc and log in which I did. Once I tried logging in I looked back at mobile and she had signed off on the chat line.  Her point was to let me know she closed out account.  We had proper documentation on file with a letter of notarized  per their request.  This company needs to be shut down they are crooks.  They show phone numbers on the Web but all numbers have been disconnected.
