Also, I used a coupon for 30% off that upon check-out gave me the discount and upon receiving my bill i was charged the full amount. They would not honor the coupon. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I filed a case with the BBB and the Florida Attorney Generals office.

I ordered software from this firm I had a coupon for 30% off I was charged the full amount of $89 and should have been charged $62.30. On check-out for the online shopping it showed I was to pay $62.30. Low and behold I received a receipt showing I was charged $89 in my email and it also showed that I was charged this in my bank account. I asked the firm for a full refund and told them also there software does not do what it says and put all kinds of disclaimers and such on their website to tell you that they will not offer a refund for almost any reason. A complete rip off.

I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Florida Attorney Generals Office.
