Retire Happy, LLC Julie MinuskinLand Jewels, Inc Investment Fraud, Retirement Fraud, IRA Fraud Las Vegas Nevada

I used to be a client of Retire Happy, LLC and Land Jewels both companies owned by Julie Minuskin.  In April of 2013 I loaned from my IRA a promissory note of $49,000 to a company called Land Jewels, Inc. Owned and operated by Julie Minuskin for a term of two years the interest rate was appealing at  10% annual and my interest would be paid monthly.  

The interest payments were made monthly for a time and then stopped completely. I had other investments with Julie and Retire Happy but not investments that I knew of to fund the owners company and use my retirement money for who knows what. THIS IS MY RETIREMENT MONEY THAT I WORKED HARD FOR!! So I was forced to hire an attorney in Las Vegas where her offices and companies are located to fight for my money. I did hire an attorney and went after her.  In the promissory note it states that if payments are missed the interest rate would increase, well her attorney and my attorney went back and forth and she didn't want to pay the penalty for missed monthly payments.  We went back and forth and I just agreed to get my original investment back of 49,000 so I could move on because it was becoming a NIGHTMARE. She wrote a check to my IRA account for 49,000 and wrote it to the wrong company. When I informed her this was the wrong company she told me I was wrong. So I supported all the documents to both legal counsel to PROVE she was WRONG and she was. I was right. So I asked to re issue the check to the correct company and she now has decided since we settled out of court to  NOT PAY ME MY MONEY BACK THAT SHE AGREED TO IN THE COURT OF LAW .  You can look up the case in the Clark county public website in NV.CASE A-14-702-186-C. This is a matter of public record: Kendig v. Minuskin/Land Jewels Inc. and is still going on. I also have learned that Julie and her associates are not security and or investment licensed. I want my money back I WANT justice!!! And I want to make sure other people are aware of this person Julie Minuskin . I also found out she has a record. Take the time like and do your research on the county records in Clark county NV. And do me a favor if she said the case has settled go look it up online she can’t be trusted to do what she says she will do even by a Judge. Don’t let your retirement money or other monies pay back my 49,000 don't believe her and or any investment she represents ask to see her investment license before she takes your retirement money too.
