 I had a tenant that had not paid since July 2012 and when I tried to follow up, I have no reply nor follow up from them for months. When I asked, Sky, the man in charge of the business, finally replied one time and claimed they are filing eviction.

So I asked for paperwork, as I already have a feeling they are not following up on their claim as  they have not even reply to email or phone calls. I asked for a couple of times and there is no reply since that claim the eviction paper is filed.

I changed my property manager in Nov 2012 and finally managed to evict the tenant early this month.

It is next to impossible to get of anyone in the office. Emails, phone calls were not answered. Because of their tardiness and not following up, I have months of lost rent such that if the tenant has been evicted, I can then look for a new tenant.

Finally, when they had gotten back to me, they wanted to be apologetic and said that they gave the tenant the benefit of doubt. WHAT?! I am the one who engages their service to manage the property for me, and yet they gave the benefit of doubt to the tenant. Even if so, why did it take so long to figure the tenant is not paying and even worse, til Nov 2012, they have not filed eviction paper.

They lied, are not professional, not responsive to owners' communication and not doing what they should have done promptly to minimise the landlord losses.

They also operate a turn key property business, called retire on rentals. I have not bought from them because the houses are old, mostly 1 bathroom type which don't rent easily.
