Retired Torrance Fire Captain Dan McNeley Commited Workmans Comp Fraud LaPalma, California

Attn Torrance California city manager Donna Rizzo: Retired Torrance fire captain Dan McNeley is attempting to obtain Workmens Comp benefits, for an accident that happened outside the realm of his job. He is claiming that his knee injuries were from his years as a fireman and paramedic.
