Retriver medical dental credit card processing services is a very misleading and shady buisness to deal with. A rep came by my office about 4 yrs ago and swore up and down he could beat  the service i was using. So i signed up and he came back to set everything up and we started using them. It worked ok for the first year or so then gradually they started upping the charges and the rep never came back by and no one every contacted me reguarding their practice of going up on charges. My thoughts are that if your going to beat somebodys prices you beat their prices and stick with it.. not retriever they are very sly in how they go up very gradually so you really dont notice it. I finally got enough of their stuff and decided to call and ask what my rates were after getting bills of 900-1000$ for credit card processing. come to find out they were charging nearly 4% per transaction. nearly double of what they signed me up for. they did not want to go back to the original contract and threatend a 700$ termination fee.  they said as long as i return the machine and not do anything else they would waive the fee. gee thanks. debating on whether this should be brought to legal
