The company website states items arrive based on a daily shipping cut-off within 7-days. Two days later I received an email with a tracking number that did not work. One week after date of order I tried the tracking number again and the shipper had no record of the transaction. Once I ask I then receive an email from the company that they will disable the shpping extimation on their site and the shipping will be another 10-days, yet their prior email stated: 

"We usually ship our items withing 1-2 business days and the estimated delivery is between 5-7 business days. However, this is the only item along with the bartops that the "feature" provides a false estimation based on the average delivery of the previous shipments."

My suggestion is to avoid this company.
