Reunions Unlimited - Owner is Completely Unprofessional!! Englishtown, New Jersey

Two weeks before our 50th Reunion, the owner called to say she had changed the location!! She never kept track of the number of attendees and at the last minute realized the original location was too small. Several classmates tried to make sure we contacted everyone, even though RU said they would. I didn't trust them. There were several people that had not been contacted. She was the most difficult person I have ever had to deal with. She was extremely rude to me on the phone, screaming at me when I was upset about the last minute changes. There were not enough hotel rooms at the second location. The person from RU with the name tags came two hours later than she said she would.

The office staff tried to be as helpful as they could but the owner is the BOSS in no uncertain terms! I would never recommend that anyone use this company. They were so unprofessional. Every time I asked for information, I was told they didn't have to discuss it with me.

I had booked a breakfast at the first hotel for the Sunday morning after the reunion. When I called the catering manager there, she told me she couldn't talk to me. We chatted a little and then she admitted that the owner of RU had called her and told her she couldn't talk to me. I HAD to talk to her. I had made plans with her for the breakfast.

She also told the catering manager at the new location that she couldn't talk to me either!!

Do not EVER use Reunions Unlimited! You will have nothing but problems!!!
